About Rainier Properties

I have been in the Property Management field for over 35 years and had the pleasure of working on some large and amazing projects.  Austin and I go way back.  I had the pleasure of completing the largest single multifamily transaction, in one day, in Austin’s history.  While I am not an original Austinite I have been doing business here for over 30 years.   

I am very passionate about being a great landlord and a great leader.  I value my team and could not do what I do without them.  I have been blessed to have mentored some amazing talent over the years.  I believe taking care of where people choose to live is a huge responsibility and quality customer service is key!  In the same vein taking care of your employees is equally as important.  

My very favorite thing about Rainier is the people.  They are a group of people who like each other and care about one another.  It’s a fun and empowering place to work.

Originally, I’m from New Mexico, but I am proud to call Texas home for the past 7 years. I fell in love with Austin when I continued my career in Property Management. The beauty of this industry is being able to work with so many different people in both the landlord and employee capacity. As an active member of the Austin Apartment Association, I’ve had the privilege to cross paths with many, and the people are truly the heart of Austin.

I started my career on the affordable housing side of this business 10 years ago, which is what sparked my passion. Being able to see the joy a new home brings to someone’s face is my favorite part of my job. Everyone deserves a place they are not only happy, but truly proud to call home. Being a new regional not only gives me the platform to help residents, but also allows me to develop the leaders of our communities.

I owe so much to Rainier for shaping who I am personally and professionally. It is only right that I pour that same energy back into the company that has poured into me.
