Locator Information

Thank you for your partnership! Please review the items below . These items are required prior to any payment for services.

1. Commission is 75% of one month's rent on a lease 12 or more months. You will not be eligible if your client signs a lease for less than 12 months.

2. Locators must tour with client. Commission will not be paid if locator was not present during the tour.

3. Applicant must list the source as Agent/Broker when completing the application.

4. All Application Fees, Security Deposits, and First Full Month of Rent must be paid by Applicant.

5. Invoices are paid 30 days after the move in and will not be paid earlier.

6. Invoice must be sent to rainieratx@invoices.appfolio.com. This mailbox only processes PDF attachments. Any questions regarding payment status must be sent to the property manager as they will not be received in this inbox.
